Abstract

A plant with second order differential equation (SODE) will be analyzed and simulated to find the effects of SODE on the PID controller parameters. SODE coefficients with varying values will be taken and PID controller will be tuned to find the optimal values of system response and the needed optimal values of PID controller parameters. The simulation results will analyze and some judgments and recommendations will be proposed in order to build a closed loop control system with optimal system response.
