Abstract

In this paper, Lorentz force in Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducers is modeled. Using Finite Element numerical simulation, effect of various parameters on Lorentz force is studied. Genetic Programming is then utilized to convert acquired data to a symbolical model. Model is tested against numerical simulation and a less than ±%5 error is found.
