Abstract
Availability of water (water conservation) is a very vital for agriculture and/or plantations. In a study conducted, the availability of water in the study area is predicted using multivariate time series method by utilizing the data of rainfall, humidity, and temperature. Meanwhile, the classification of regions according to the World Agroforestry Center (ICRAF) for agricultural activities and/or plantation is done using the fuzzy logic method by utilizing the isohyet data (contour maps that illustrate the value of the similar rainfall) which was obtained from the data processing using multivariate time series methods, additional data such as topographic data (slope), the density of rivers/irrigation data, as well as the type of soil data (porosity and permeability). In this case, the finding is a multivariate time series model-based water conservation and fuzzy logic and classification maps showing the areas which the region is very feasible for agricultural activities and/or plantation to totally unfit for such activity.
