Doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) is one of the best choices in wind turbine generator. Nowadays control of DFIG is done in different strategy and this paper discusses the MRAS based sensorless field oriented control of DFIG for wind turbine generator and compares it with look up table strategy. It will be obtained required information by measuring stator voltage, stator and rotor current. This strategy is applicable in whole wind speed range and simulation results in MATLAB/SIMULINK verify the effect of this method on DFIG control.
