Development of Mounted Impact-Rotor Working Equipment for Destruction of Snow-Ice Formations

Abstract


The article presents the developed design of the mounted shock-rotary working equipment for the destruction of snow-ice formations. A mechanical and mathematical model of the ice-breaking is developed, which makes it possible to optimize the design of the ice-breaking machine in order to increase the efficiency by regulating and selecting its rational mechanical and geometric characteristics. The relevance of the work and the expected social effect are justified by the possibility of reducing the number of road accidents and winter injuries of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reducing the volume of exhaust emissions on Kazakhstan roads, provided by the operation of new working equipment for winter maintenance of roads and sidewalks. This research is funded by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Grant No. AR09258973 “New technology for the production of innovative ice-removing road equipment”).
