Abstract

The packing of loose products in small doses is currently used in the pharmaceutical and food industry. The development of new types of filling and packaging equipment is relevant for these tasks, especially for small enterprises, which are taking an increasing share in the industry of developing countries, including China and Russia. This paper aims to study and research the mechanical system for the volumetric dosing of loose products in small doses, developed at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, at the Department of Automation. Through the research of cyclogram, the corresponding Human Machine Interaction for the time dosing system has been developed, and work cyclograms that allow connecting the productivity, and the total dose mass that is a multiple of the unit dose mass have been presented. This model provides more packaging solutions for small businesses, and it can meet the needs of filling and packaging in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The results of the experimental studies of the dosing error of the developed mechatronic system are presented. It is proposed and shown that upon receipt of the required dose, as the sum of unit doses, the requirements of GOST R 8-579-2001 for dosing errors are always ensured.
