Abstract

It is required for personal air vehicles (PAV) to overcome space-time and to have an overall reorganization of current transportation system in order to win a position, which will substitute automobile. In other words, a new era of three-dimensional transport system will be opened in which people can directly fly from home to the destination, either on-the-ground or on-flight via PAVs. In order to achieve air transport system, in fact, it has to take precedence that would meet the level of safety of the current automobile system. In this paper, it has been looked into the current technology base and the development direction on PAV that will be a solution of traffic congestion and it will also be the new paradigm of transportation culture.
