The main objective of this study was to improve the management of bioreactors, existing or in the future. We have studied the thermo-hydro-biological behavior of waste in the anaerobic phase. For this, we have presented the equations of conservation of matter and of energy and the thermodynamic functions. We have developed a numerical model to simulate the coupled behavior of bioreactors, using the finite volume method.
