Abstract

Face increasing both expenses and demands, Moroccan hospitals need currently to re-engineer their logistic system. Thus, it seems understanding the complexity of the healthcare system at different levels; one of a complex system is Medicine drugs circuit whose mission is to ensure patient safety and to provide whatever service configuration applicants. Modeling and simulating is an excellent tool that allows understanding this complexity and analyzing performances. In this paper, we propose a simulation model with Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Colored Petri Net (CPN) on Medicine Drugs Circuit. Being based on these models, we present a simulating QueuePatient model with CPN Tools which will allow planning of incoming patient and their services.
