Structural and Cost Analysis for Several Building Models with Different Materials

Abstract

This paper was done to structural and cost analysis for five building models concrete with beams, concrete with flat slabs, concrete walls precast, steel frame with plastic analysis and steel frame with elastic analysis. The analysis and cost of the structures were compared with each other. Deflections were found that concrete with walls precast building model less than other building models 70 %. Cost comparison of these five building models was performed. It was found that concrete with walls precast building model reduced total cost of the building model up to24%, 29% and 67 % for concrete flat slab, steel frame and concrete with beams building models respectively.
