Abstract
The purpose of this work is to use a Large Aperture Scintillometer (LAS) to estimate the area-average sensible heat flux in the atmospheric boundary layer. The estimated fluxes from the LAS are compared with in-situ eddy-covariance system measurements (EC). By The results showed that considering the complexity of the surface, the overall performance of the scintillometer is relatively good
