Availability of Different Wind Power Plant Configurations Based on Components Performance Statistics

Abstract


In this paper analysis of availability of different wind power plant configurations based on components performance statistics will be performed. Influence of different wind turbine components failures using four dominant wind turbine configuration concepts will be investigated. Wind turbine availability and expected energy not served will be presented.
