Abstract

This paper presents the results of our investigations on the parametric identification of the electric characteristics current-voltage I-V, and power-voltage P-V, for photovoltaic panels (PV) of various technologies: the single-crystal, poly-crystalline and amorphous. In our case, we choose three models, among the models and methods of identification treated in the scientific literature. After treatments and simulations under Matlab/Simulink, we proceed to the comparison of the simulated and experimental curves provided by the manufacturer. The obtained results, allow to identify the most efficient models giving the best correlation with the experimental curves for the three PV technologies.
