Abstract


The paper presents the analysis of the results of research implemented on a solar plant in trial period, maximum power of 10 kW, performed in order to assess the impact of a solar plant on distribution network and the quality of electrical energy.  The electrical energy quality parameters values are collected in the common coupling point and compared to criteria set in EN 50160 standard.  The analysis is made for the case before and after connecting a solar plant, both with minimum and maximum consumption. Also, the same analysis is performed for the case of 50% of installed capacity of solar plant production. The calculation is performed in Power CAD software package.
