Abstract


This paper investigates the finite-time networked control problem for linear systems with exogenous disturbance. First of all, viewing network-induced delays as equivalent constant delays, a new delayed linear system model is obtained. Then, a particular linear transformation is introduced to convert the time-delay system into a delay-free form and by using Lyapunov finite- time stability theory, a sufficient condition that ensures finite-time performance of the closed-loop system is derived. Finally a numerical example is provided to illustrate the feasibility of the developed approach.
