This article is focusing on solving spatial data and relating problems by applying GIS spatial data structure concept. I also combined formation and analysis of spatial data concept and temporal together and created an original theory - compact reliance. Starting with combining concept of lattice and spatial data, the article transferred spatial data into problem of lattice concept. Then by applying nature of compact reliance, we could find out all association rules that has confidence coefficient of 1. There for we can get spatial data association rules.
