Abstract

Measurements of proton structure functions at different range of Q2 and x are presented. The structure functions FL and F2 have been extracted by combining two e+p measurements of neutral current deep inelastic scattering. These experiments are presented by H1 collaboration at HERA in different proton energies. The results show good agreement with next to leading order fitting at low x. In another approach, a method is presented to obtain an approximate relation between the reduced cross section and F2(x,Q2) derivative at low Q2 and low x (0-0.003). The resulting formula can be used to determine F2 and FL from the HERA reduced cross section data taken at low x. A measurement of the structure function xF3 at very high Q2 (1500-12000) is obtained using e+p H1 data and e-p data published by ZEUS collaboration.
