Abstract

In this study, a complete review analysis about the improvement of the mechanical properties of the concrete using statistical software is presented. Furthermore, the bibliometric analysis was developed considering keywords and a search equation in the Scopus database to find the trends and the use of additives to improve the mechanical properties of the concrete for different industrial applications. Finally, the results have shown that the United States has the largest number of authors with 533, followed by China with 505 authors, followed by India with 303 authors; considering the research equation for the analysis of the results of the 371 documents, presents a growth rate of 1.37% per year, from 1969 to 2021.
