Abstract

Mazars’ model is one of the robust models for modeling the behavior of the concrete on the bases of the mechanical damage. However, the problem that arises is the difficulty of determining the parameters of that model. The present work has permitted us to describe a mathematical model to link the parameters mentioned above with mechanical properties of concrete via experiments method using the software mode 5.0. The results show that the mathematical model is acceptable based on the values of statistical quantities R2 and Q2 which are close to unity.
