Abstract

Systems for automation of construction management play a key role in increasing the level and the efficiency of companies that operate in investment construction sector. These systems form a part of logistics that is viewed as theory and practice of economic activities aimed at permanent perfecting of forms and methods of stream processes through introducing of logistic innovations in the existing management systems. Rapid development of information (IT) and Internet technologies reveals principally new opportunities and sources for increasing the efficiency of construction companies management. Today, business entities in construction complex of all, big and small, regions, are informal clusters where interaction in achieving a final goal – building, reconstruction, technical re-equipment or upgrade - is impossible without the latest technologies, innovative method of communication and management in construction processes management.
