

Repairing of Reinforced Concrete Beam by Composite Plate

Abstract
Many works have been done in repairing reinforced concrete buildings field, however, this area is very fertile research. In the present work, we present an experimental study of repairing a concrete beam at full-scale, subjected to bending stress (4 locations) until the appearance of very harmful cracks. It is repaired by gluing (ordinary glue) composite plates on the lower side. Repaired beam, is sought after by the same method of progressive loading under the same boundary conditions.
