Abstract

Historically, engineering has always emphasized the design and repair at the expense of instrumented monitoring service. Indeed, the structure of civil engineering materials are often heterogeneous and anisotropic, and composition vary according to where and when construction of the project. In addition, these materials are subjected in service to diverse environmental stresses. To do this we must consider numerical methods for the study of behavior of concrete. The safety risks associated with reaching areas of civil engineering has become an essential component for development and research, the aging of materials and structures is a parameter of significant danger
