Abstract

During construction of a tunnel in urban areas, engineers are faced with a difficult problem for the control of landslides induced by widening that may affect the stability of existing structures. A good estimate of these landslides is necessary. This work is a contribution to numerical study of ground movements, related to a shallow tunnel construction in a coherent medium specially the deconfining and reconfining cycles due to the boring of a tunnel corresponding to real phases of realisation work
