Abstract

In this article, the influence of external operating conditions on the generator with magnetic core made of amorphous low-coercivity material is under experimental study. Experimental tests of generator with amorphous low-coercivity material magnetic core for hard sinusoidal vibration have been carried out. The results of the vibration tests have showed that the amorphous low-coercivity material magnetic core withstood severe vibration, has not collapsed and has not received mechanical damage after vibration tests. The results of the experimental studies have shown the importance of vibration tests for electric machines with amorphous low-coercivity material magnetic cores, which will be subjected to strong external vibrations during the operation. The results of the thermal tests have showed that overheating of the generator slightly affects its parameters. Experimental studies have shown the possibility of using electric machines with amorphous low-coercivity material magnetic cores on aircraft.
