Abstract


The current study deals with the beamformation of five antenna arrays in the localizer unit of ILS (Instrument Landing System), which defines runway centerline by means of electromagnetic radiation. The antenna array is beamformed by using Genetic Algorithm. The results are presented in the conclusion section of the paper.
