PCA and PLS Study of AIBIIIC2VI and AIIBIVC2V Ternary Chalcopyrite Semiconductors

In this paper we reports our results of prediction of the bulk modulus and Plasmon energy of AIBIIIC2VI and AIIBIVC2V ternary chalcopyrite semiconductors published in the literature using the datamining of materials with PCA and PLS methods. All informations were presented in tables predicted by a database of the studied semiconductors. The utility of this approach of material data processing is not limited to the interpretation of the experimental observations which existed, but it could be used for the design of new coatings which were not studied in experiments.
