Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a mathematical model for information processing in electronic document management systems. The model is used to formalize the structure of documents and their life cycle, and to optimize the processing, the interaction and the flow of documents, taking into account the factors of adaptation EDMS to the structure of user activity when working with documents and allowing carrying out set-theoretic analysis of information processing methods and their implementation in algorithmic support and software. Within this article the model of multilevel information processing graphs, used to formalize information flows in the workflow system, is also presented for the first time. The conducted researches can be applied for the description of the processes of work with documents and problem formulation of optimization of document movement flows and processing at various levels of scaling.
