Abstract
Heart failure is a fatal disease and should be treated as a global health priority. In order to improve the cardiac performance of patients worldwide, this paper presents the study of human heart as a hydro-electro-mechanical system by applying a 90 Hz noise generated by the brain. The system is composed of the pacemaker, the sensor, the circulatory system and the heart. After the application of the Adaptive controller to the system disturbed by the perturbations of the brain. The results of the simulation of the system in closed loop using MATLAB perfectly followed the reference model of a normal undisturbed heart in a rest situation. Simultaneously, this study can help in the development of a robust cardiovascular system that will be used for cardiac problems of different categories.
