Abstract

Supply chain management gets much convenience with developing information systems technology and information technology that occurs. A supply chain information system was been built to help supply chain actors in the apple agro-industry to collaborate. The application of an efficient and effective information system in the apple agro-industry supply chain is expected to improve the ability to share information between actors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance factors of information systems by the supply chain actors of the apple agro-industry. The research has been conducted at MSEs processed apples in the city of Batu, East Java, Indonesia. The Technology Acceptance Model has been used, with data collected from supply chain actors. The results have showed that the Perceived Ease of Use has an indirect effect on Actual System Usage. In contrast, the perceived usefulness has a positive direct impact on actual system usage.
