Abstract


The presented project is the achievement of a Dashboard system within Moroccan University Hassan I of Settat, aimed at improving the performance of its services, monitoring its operating entities in "real time", having an adequate and essential information for an overview of the university and allowing its managers to quickly intervene in case of problems. The dashboard system that needs to be implemented must be composed of performance indicators allowing a correct and objective assessment of the university performance. A first phase of this dashboard system implementation is to do a deep analysis of the performance indicators defined in the university to see if they provide evidence of the university performance as objectively as possible in all the services related to academic evaluation standards before starting the second phase, integrating these indicators.
