Abstract

According to Morgan [1], Extraction of fresh seeds leads to low yield in  technical extract of Aza-A. For the use on industrial scale to develop a fast way and effective drying it remains essential to retain the bioactive molecules (Aza-A) until extraction. Neem seeds sampling based on the sun drying mode and in the shade allowed us to highlight the influence of drying method on content Aza-A. Sun drying leads to technical azadirachtin extracted richer in Aza-A. The purity exceeded 50% in some extracts. The best fruit collection technique happens to be picking. A difference of 0.1% Aza-A in kermel was noted among the collected seeds and those picked.
