Hospital Information System: Emergence Towards Reference Cartography

Abstract
In this paper, we conducted a comparative analysis between the functional blocks of many Hospital Information Systems cartography. Our analysis concerns resulted cartography from an audit realized on 13 healthcare institutions by the National Agency of the Performance Support and the Hospital Information System reference cartography. Based on this comparative analysis, we proposed a set of rules that helped the healthcare institutions on their functional convergence to target cartography that respect the recommendations of National Agency of the Performance Support.
